dōTERRA On Guard® Popcorn

Popcorn flavored with doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend and Cinnamon Bark oil, plus maple syrup and cinnamon, for a winter snack.

  • 240 ml popcorn kernels
  • 60 ml unrefined coconut oil
  • 60 ml pure maple syrup
  • to taste ground cinnamon
  • to taste salt

Air-pop popcorn and place in a large mixing bowl.

Melt coconut oil. Stir in maple syrup and essential oils.

Pour mixture over popcorn, pausing to toss and mix.

Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and salt. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
